Licencing Information

All of the pictures contained within the site are available to purchase as high resolution digital files for use within your printed materials or website. These 'stock' photos are available for use in calendars, magazines, advertising or web-site design among other uses.

When you purchase an image from PictureOurLand you are purchasing the right to use the image in a specific way and for a specific time. This 'rights managed' licensing means that the image you purchase is licensed for a specific use and the agreement we sign covers specifics such as how many times it can be used, the size it can be used and the geographic region in which it can be used. The price of a licensed image will therefore be dependent on the intended use, duration of use, media type and the region in which it is to be used.

In order to streamline the licensing process we would ask that if you are interested in purchasing a rights managed image to provide as much of the following information as possible -

•  Address
•  Contact Telephone Number
•  Name of Image you wish to purchase
•  Image size (¼ page, ½ page, full page...)
•  Image Use (promotional, editorial...)
• Print Run (1,000, unlimited...)
• Geography (Regional, National, International...)
